*MUM FITNESS CLASSES – Old School Park, Gymea Bay Rd, Gymea (Sydney)
- CORE RECOVER & FLOW – This class focuses on Strengthening Postnatal Core & Pelvic floor muscles, while using body weight pilates and yoga inspired exercises. Our core, pelvic floor and glute muscles are the foundation for every other exercise we do, so this will be beneficial no matter what level your at. Advanced modifications given for those ready.
- PRAMFIT – Wholebody workouts with pram and baby. All levels of fitness. This class can also be modified to be done without the pram or if you want to come child free 🙂 We use a weight throughout the workout instead.
- FITMUM – Wholebody workouts incorporating bodyweight and equipment for exercises. Moderate/high intensity however all welcome and you can always go at your own pace with moderations given.
*Babies and Children are welcome to all classes or you can have some mum time – totally up to you 🙂 This is a Gated Park so you can watch the active ones play while you workout or they can join in.
*FITFAB5 CLASSES – Shire Swim School, 5 Yalgar Rd, Kirrawee (Sydney)
- FITFAB5 – 25Minute workouts – Get FIT & feel FAB in as little as 25minutes! Workout while the kids learn to swim and maximise your time! These are a higher intensity workout that can be tailored for all fitness levels. You go at your own pace and don’t have to have your child swimming to be able to join. Classes are welcome for ALL 🙂
* Babies and Children are welcome to classes however please note this is a smaller space in the swim centre.

Mum Park Classes:
$15 per class – 45minutes
A 4 class pack at $60 is required to book which you will have a 5 week validity to use this. Paying in advance will help keep you accountable, because lets face it as Mummas we need that extra support to sometimes get out the house and/or do something for our own self care 😉
No lock in Contracts.

If you prefer a more personalised workout, or you have any injuries, a slower postpartum recovery, you are pregnant, or you are wanting a specific day/time for your sessions… One on One Personal Training sessions are also available.
